Teaching Assistant, University of Wisconsin-Madison
I have worked as a Teaching Assistant for Methods of Sociological Inquiry (SOC 357) with Professor Jordan Conwell for two semesters.  I led bi-weekly seminar-style discussion sections with 30 students and graded assignments.  I also had the opportunity to work with Professor Conwell to shape the syllabus, course material, and assignments.

"Sarah is hands down the best TA I have had at UW Madison. She always puts her students first and provides all essential materials to set students up to actually learn."--Student from Methods of Sociological Inquiry, Spring 2019

Other Teaching and Education Experience
Prior to graduate school, I worked as a popular educator in Mexico, promoting awareness about labor rights and technological literacy with migrant workers and their families. Before that, I worked as a mentor, tutor, and classroom assistant with 7th and 8th graders in several Chicago Public Schools.
